We encourage prospective students to schedule a consultation call prior to booking paid appointments. This allows us to assess fit and discuss the scope of services. For undergraduate applicants, we offer guidance on applications to universities in the U.S., Canada, the U.K. and select programs in Asia, Europe, & Oceania. Support is available hourly or in comprehensive packages, focusing on effective application management and reducing stress.
We help students create a balanced list of 6–12 target universities. Lists are crafted to provide strong options and ensure a balanced mix of applications, with a focus on fit and realistic admissions chances.
We offer advice on managing timelines and selecting application plans. For internal school deadlines, please notify us at least two weeks in advance. It is important that you abide by the guidance being given to you by the school you are attending.
We guide students through the writing process using six traits of effective writing: ideas, organization, voice, word choice, fluency, and conventions. Our goal is to help each student's unique and authentic voices shine through in their application essays.
We offer comprehensive reviews of applications before submission to ensure readiness and clarity.
Once offers and financial aid details arrive, we help students weigh options to make the best decision.
We advise on high school course selection, summer programs, scholarships, and other topics as needed.
Appointments of 20, 40 and 60 minutes can be booked through our services page. To ensure efficient progress, students are encouraged to maintain no more than two future bookings at a time.
For comprehensive review, undergraduate applicants can opt for a variety of packages which will be discussed during the consultation meeting where student needs will be assessed.Packages require upfront payment. Students may start with hourly support and switch to a package later if space allows. Packages must be purchased by June 1 preceding senior year and expire on August 15 of the student’s graduation year.
Peak-season rates apply during certain times of the year. We encourage students to gather questions between appointments for discussion during meetings.
We respect the privacy of our clients and keep all aspects of the college application process confidential.
While parents are welcomed to provide encouragement and support, this process ultimately belongs to the student.
